Consulting - We seek
people that are comfortable dealing directly with clients, demonstrating
value both tactically and strategically. Our consultants are excellent
communicators and creative problem-solvers. |

people that demonstrate strong interpersonal skills that allow them to work
independently and in a team environment. Our consultants effectively
transfer their skills and knowledge to others as trainers, mentors, coaches,

Project Management -
We seek people with a demonstrated understanding of project management
methodologies, scheduling, implementing cost and risk management strategies,
and managing portfolios. Our consultants can perform earned value analysis,
recommend project management tools, and plan extremely complex projects.
Ideally, consultants should have PMP certification from the PMI.

Technology and Business
- We seek people who are comfortable with technology, and able to
communicate to clients how use of certain technologies can deliver business
benefits. This also includes competency in specific technologies (such as
databases, corporate computing environments and SharePoint development).
